Step1: Open your Taskbar Manager by Right-click on the taskbar and choose “Taskbar manager” alternative press Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
Step2: When Taskbar Manager opens select the “Startup” tab.
Step 3: At there you can see which program is select at startup. So, you should have to disable those programs which you don’t need to on startup. Select the program in which you want to disable it and then click on the Disable button.

Low Virtual memory is another cause of slow boot. Virtual memory is the part of your hard drive which pretends as RAM. When your RAM is full then it will place some of the data on your hard drive which pretended as RAM. By increasing the virtual memory page file size will increase it will optimize your windows performance and slow startup time. So, increase virtual memory follow these steps.
Step 1: Open your Windows Search and type “Performance” in this choose to Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows.
Step 2: Select the Advanced tab and click on the change button under the virtual memory.

Step 3: Now uncheck the Automatically manage paging file size. After that choose Custom Size and set Initial Size and Maximum Size According to the recommended value. When you set that click on the set button and then click on the OK button.

Step 2: Click on Power Options.

Fix 4. Run System File Checker Tool
