Step 1. Open your Control Panel of Windows 10 at their select ‘Network and Internet’

Step 2. Now click on the ‘Network and Share Center’ option.

Step 3. In your left side panel click on ‘Change Adapter Settings’.

Step 4. At their select, your active connected adapter right-click on it and select ‘properties’

Step 5. Select ‘Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)‘ and then click on ‘Properties’.

Step 6. In the bottom box, you will see the option ‘Use the following DNS server addresses’ choose that option. And use the DNS which you want.

Cloudflare DNS, no blocking:

  • Primary DNS:1.1.1
  • Secondary DNS:0.0.1

Cloudflare DNS, Malware Blocking Only

  • Primary DNS:1.1.2
  • Secondary DNS:0.0.2

Cloudflare DNS, Malware and Adult Content

  • Primary DNS:1.1.3
  • Secondary DNS:0.0.3

For IPv6 use:

Cloudflare DNS, no blocking:

  • Primary DNS: 2606:4700:4700::1111
  • Secondary DNS: 2606:4700:4700::1001

Cloudflare DNS, Malware Blocking Only

  • Primary DNS: 2606:4700:4700::1112
  • Secondary DNS: 2606:4700:4700::1002

Cloudflare DNS, Malware and Adult Content

  • Primary DNS: 2606:4700:4700::1113
  • Secondary DNS: 2606:4700:4700::1003

When you use the DNS server then click on the ok button to save changes.

Cloudflare company also promised that they will soon be launching other additional configuration options which are set like whitelists and blacklist for specific whitelists with custom schedules days.
