Follow These few steps to fix this problem:

  1. Shut down your Laptop.
  2. Disconnect AC adapter from your laptop.
  3. Remove the battery from your Laptop.
  4. Now connect AC adapter and Make sure your AC adapter is working correctly maybe your adapter is damaged Sometimes the AC Adapter is working fine, but the problem is with the DC Jack. A DC Jack is the small power socket present at the side or back of your laptop where you insert the AC Charger.
  5. Turn on the Windows on your laptop.
  6. Now we should have to Uninstall Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method driver from device manager. So you have to Open your RUN command by pressing WIN+R command and type devmgmt.msc.

  1. When Device Manager open, Right Click on the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method in battery and click on the Uninstall driver. Don’t Worry it will Automatically install at the end of the process.

  1. Now Go to your power management setting by going. Control Panel > System and Security > Power Options > Change Plan Settings of Balanced > Restore Default Settings For This Plan.
  2. Now shut down your computer and insert your battery.
  3. Now Turn on your Laptop and Check it.

      Try to Remove your Cache By pressing (CTRL + SHIFT + R) it will remove caches of the current page.
