So you don’t need to install any other third-party software. It is a built-in feature that is only available in android 10. This option is available in the developer’s option where are some extra tools are available which are mostly use for android app developers. Just follows the procedure to enable that option
First of all, open your “Setting” and then tap on “My Phone” On some device where My Phone not available there will be the “About Phone” option.

In My Phone find “Build number”

Now tap On the Build number 7 times it will enable the Developer option. It will ask for your pic or any password type you set and then It will notify “You Are Now a Developer”.

After that go to “System” but on some phone Developer Option will available at the bottom of the “Setting” area.

At there you will see Developer Options tap on it.

In Developer, Option find Quick Setting Developer tiles.

At there you will “Sensors Off” toggle on.

Now at the top of the notification screen, you will “Sensors Off “button which is by default off you can tap on it enable.
