Step 1. First of all, make sure that you install the latest VLC, if you don’t have the latest version then visit their official website.
Step 2. Now Open the VLC media player.
Step 3. At the menu bar click on the media and choose to convert/save.
Step 4. Now select the File tab and then click on the Add button, browse to the video or audio which you want to convert into audio.
Step 5. When the file is selected click on the convert/save button.
Step 6. when you click on the convert button you will see a covert dialog box at there choose the profiles to your desire format, in this example is choose ‘Audio-mp3’.
Step 7. Now you have to select the destination where you have to save your converted file click on the browse button and set your destination of the file.
Step 8. Once everything is set click on the start button. When you click on the start button it will start converting the file immediately. When the converting process is complete check the provided destination your converted file will be there.
